Pricing red flags to avoid
Is professional treatment worth it vs DIY?
A consumer aerosol from a hardware shop costs £5-£15 and will handle a small, exposed early-season nest in a low-risk location. For anything beyond that — established colonies, difficult-to-reach entry points, lofts, chimneys, cavities — DIY is a false economy and frequently dangerous. We attend several failed-DIY jobs every week.

Why our average price is just £99
£99 is at the lower end of the UK independent pest controller range. We can hold this price because we are a small family-run operation based in St Albans, the entire Hertfordshire-North London service area is within a 45-minute drive of our base, and we book efficient routes that minimise dead miles. We do not franchise out or sub-contract.
